What is white-label branding?

White-label branding means your organisation's identity is front and centre throughout the Neegma experience. Players see your logo and colours — not Neegma's.

This is available exclusively on the Enterprise plan.

What you can customise

Logo

Upload your organisation's logo. It appears in the session lobby, on the join screen players see, and in any exported reports.

Colours

Set your primary brand colour. This is used for buttons, highlights, and accents throughout the session interface.

Custom domain

Instead of players joining at tryneegma.com, they join at a subdomain you control — for example, games.yourcompany.com. We handle the technical setup.

Theme

Choose from available theme presets that can be customised to match your brand guidelines. Our team can work with you on bespoke themes for larger contracts.

How to set it up

Branding configuration is done by the Neegma team during onboarding. You'll provide:

1. Your logo file (SVG preferred, PNG accepted at minimum 400px wide)
2. Your primary hex colour code
3. Your preferred subdomain (if using a custom domain)

We'll configure everything and share a preview before your first event.

How long does setup take?

Standard white-label setup takes 2 to 3 business days after we receive your assets. For urgent events, contact us in advance.
